Charles Bush, Group of Timor Guerillas [1946, oil on canvas on board, 76.2 x 61 cm, AWM ART26363]

Parer travelled to Timor in 1942 and photographed a group of isolated soldiers serving in the area. This painting was inspired by several of Parer's images.
