Commander Kiyoi Ageta, who commanded the carrier submarine I-22 in the launching of midget attacks on Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941 and Sydney Harbour on 31 May 1942. The midget submarine launched from the I-22 carried Lieutenant Keiu Matsuo and Petty Officer First Class Masao Tsuzuku . AWM 128893
