Driver Alfred Floate of the 9th Division experiences the kind of reunion of which many soldiers must have dreamt during the years they spent in the Middle East. While Floate kisses his wife, both of his sons gaze at the cameraman. Floate survived the war and was discharged from the Army in September 1945.
