Trench hotspots and quiz

This interactive activity introduces students to the key features and conditions of the trenches in World War I. Trenches protected the troops from machine-gun fire and other weapons. The men dug long, narrow channels in the ground. Wood and wire were used to support the walls of the trenches. Reveal the information in the image, then take the quiz.
