Huon Peninsula 1943-1944

This commemorative publication is a part of the series; Australians in the Pacific War.  In 1943, the Western Allies were able to take the initiative against Japan on all fronts. In the jungles and swamps of the Huon Peninsula, Australian troops were tested by difficult terrain and resistance from the enemy.
