Control: Stories of Australian peacekeeping and humanitarian operations

This commemorative publication is a part of the series; a Century of Service. More than 30,000 Australians have served on peacekeeping operations since 1947. The following stories are about people who have shown great self-control. They have fostered security and safety in fragile environments. They have seen the struggles and triumphs of the human spirit in the face of conflict and disaster. Some have even given their lives in the service of others.
