Teaching resources on Australians in peace operations

Australian service in peace operations is an integral part of Australia's engagement with the world. More than 65,000 Australians have served in over 50 United Nations and other multi-lateral peace operations. Our teaching resources explore the diverse experiences of Australians during peace operations. These stories will help you bring their significant experiences to life in the classroom.

Extension resources

The extension category includes useful resources containing detailed content that may require more advanced literacy skills. These resources could be used for independent research tasks and extension activities or be modified to meet your teaching needs.
